The Oklahoma City Motorcycle Show is held at The State Fair Park, in Oklahoma City.  The park is located at
500 Land Rush Drive, near the intersection of 10th Street and I-44, in downtown Oklahoma City.  The Show is
held indoors in a heated and air conditioned building.  There is a snack bar with beer sales in the building.  
General admission is $15.00 per person for a single day pass, and $20.00 per person for a two day pass.  The
event is open to the public from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.  
The event is held regardless of weather.

Vendor Information:

Vendor space has sold out for the past several years, you MUST pre-register to ensure a space in this year's
swap meet.  Booth spaces are approximately 10' X 10', and cost $50.00 each.  This price includes both days,
and one person's admission to the event.  A deposit of 50% must be paid prior to January 15.  Mail deposit to:
Jeff Williams Promotions Inc, P.O. Box 543, Blue Springs, MO 64013.  No refunds will be given for No Shows.
 Tables are available for rental at $10.00 per table (you are welcome to bring your own tables).  Electricity is
available at no additional charge.  You may drive into the building to load and unload.  The overhead door has a
maximum height of 12'.  Vendors may set up Friday night from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, or Saturday morning, from
8:00 am to 10:00 am.  If vendors have not checked in prior to 8:15 am Saturday morning, their spaces will be
sold.  No food booths are allowed.  If you miss the January 15 deadline, contact Jeff at (816) 456-4415, to
check on availability of space.  Overnight security is provided, and the building will be locked.  All property on
display is at owners risk.  We are not responsible for loss or damage to any property.

Motorcycle Show Entry Information:

The entry fee to show a motorcycle is $25.  This price includes one person's admission for both days.  
Additional bikes are $10 and do not include an admission.  If you pre-register prior to January 15, you will
receive an additional person's admission as a pre-registration bonus.  It is not mandatory to pre-register a show
bike, but the pre-registration bonus is a really good deal, so please pre-register.  To pre-register, mail payment, in
full, along with your name, phone number, address, and the bike's make, model and year to: Jeff Williams
Promotions Inc, P.O. Box 543, Blue Springs, MO 64013.  Ride-in registration, and set-up is Friday night from
5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday morning, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. No refunds will be given for No Shows.  
No stock bikes will be allowed to compete, except those in the antique and classic classes.  Final classes will be
determined at the show, and may include the following: Antique American (over 35 years old), Classic American
(20 to 34 years old), Custom Sportster, Custom Shovel, Custom Pan, Custom Evo, Custom Twin-cam, Radical
Custom, Custom Chopper, Pro-street, Bobber, Custom Three Wheel, Custom Asian, and several Classic
European and Asian classes.  There is over $1000.00 in cash and trophies awarded at the Show, including
$200.00 cash for Best in Show.  Trophy presentation is Sunday, at 3:00 pm.  Judge's decisions are final.  All
bikes must remain on display until 3:30 pm, Sunday afternoon. Overnight security is provided, and the building
will be locked.  All property on display is at owners risk.  We are not responsible for loss or damage to any
property.

Tattoo Contest

A Daily Tattoo contest will be held at 2:00.  Entry is free with paid admission to show.  Pick up forms at the
ticket box office.  Must be 18 years old, or older.  Indecent exposure is not allowed.
